Dinning experience with Stagecoach Country Roadhouse:

The menu, crafted by James Beard-recognized chef Roberto Madrid and overseen by Executive Chef Bert Bonnarens, features a blend of traditional BBQ and contemporary flavors. Highlights include.

  • Signature Dishes: 14oz Smoked Prime Rib, Bison Short Ribs with blackberry gastrique, and Sedona Red Clay Chicken with roasted garlic confit sauce and cornbread.

  • Starters: Pulled Pork Egg Rolls, Smoked Deviled Eggs, and Blue Corn Nachos.

  • Sides: Truffle Fries, Mac and Cheese, Country Baked Beans, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts.

  • Desserts: Chocolate Rustler (chocolate sponge cake with white chocolate ganache), Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie with vanilla ice cream, and Carrot Cake with lime sorbet.

The beverage program, led by Beverage Director Topher Bray, offers innovative cocktails like the Blood Orange Mezcalita and Sedona Sunset, featuring local flavors and premium spirits.

Atmosphere & Entertainment

Stagecoach boasts two levels of outdoor dining, including a rooftop bar with fireside seating and panoramic views of Sedona's red rock formations. The 20-seat wraparound bar is adjacent to the main stage, which hosts live country music, dancing, and mechanical bull riding on weekends.
