Dinning experience with SaltRock Southwest Kitchen:

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Heather Feher, SaltRock's menu is a vibrant fusion of modern Southwestern cuisine and seasonal ingredients sourced from the Verde Valley. Chef Feher's approach integrates elements of herbalism and zero-waste practices, resulting in dishes that are both innovative and rooted in local traditions. 

Signature dishes include:

  • Crispy Skin Branzino: Served with charred avocado, roasted heirloom tomato, Iberico chorizo, and a citrus salad.  

  • Scallops à la Meunière: Accompanied by forbidden rice, fennel, and hoja santa, offering a delicate balance of flavors.  

  • Maple Farms Duck Breast: Paired with brown butter farro, sherry mushrooms, and a pomegranate-hibiscus gastrique, showcasing a harmonious blend of sweet and savory notes.  

For dessert, guests can indulge in:

  • Red Wine Chocolate Spice Cake: A rich and moist cake featuring chili chocolate ganache and cream cheese buttercream. 

  • Prickly Pear Flan: Infused with pistachio and white chocolate praline, offering a unique Southwestern twist on a classic dessert. 

Beverage Program

SaltRock is renowned for its award-winning craft cocktail program, emphasizing agave-based spirits. Signature cocktails include the Red Rock Flip, a fall-inspired espresso martini, and the Javelina Sipper, a bourbon-apple concoction garnished with an apple chip.  The extensive wine list and selection of craft beers further complement the dining experience. 

Ambiance & Service

The restaurant's design features an open and bright atmosphere, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The expansive patio, equipped with heaters and misters, ensures comfort year-round while diners enjoy the stunning red rock vistas.  Live entertainment is offered Thursday through Saturday evenings, adding to the vibrant ambiance.
