Little bit of English, speaking would be helpful, however, delightful staff, and very helpful even through the language barrier. The sushi rolls are wonderful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my appetizer. On the Peruvian side, my fish was little, Overdone no moisture left in red snapper , and I mentioned it to the staff of the restaurant, and they were understanding. we have visited this restaurant a total of four times in the last two years. We will still be coming back.

Excellent food. Never would have imagined japanese and Peruvian fusion, but this place makes it work. Would definitely consider going back to try more!

My wife dragged me around again to try something new when on vacation so we went to Hanasaki some Japanese and South American restaurant thing. Not my thing for sure. She made me drink some kinda rice wine thing which was hot and disgusting luckily they had some beer, not Bud but OK something European. Anyway my wife loved all of it I don't know since when she got into all this new stuff before we were just simple steak, hamburger, potatoes and french fires people. I even like tacos but this was a bit much of a strech all those foreign dishes. Anyway she loved it and I must say the Steak wasn't bad. As well the decor was kinda different, but no give me Outback any time of the week. Zack

Although spoiled to the tee with culinary delights on our own island I must say I was pleasantly surprised with this unique fusion of Japanese and Peruvian fusion. Not only was the decor lovely the food was intriguing to say the least. All four of us tried different dishes like I loved the crab and cucumber salad, Salon Yuzu Foam was awesome. Tuna citrus ceviche to die for, teriyaki beef excellent and we had an array of sushi for appetizers. I was delicious and beautiful service as well. Overall and excellent night for all of us with plenty of Saki! So good. Althea
