Additional charges:

  • There is a mandatory Government Tourist Tax of 12.5% as well as a Government Environmental Levy of $3.00 per day which will be collected on arrival and will be calculated based on the length of your stay. Billing for these taxes will be sent to you prior to your arrival
  • We will also be holding a $300 Security Deposit for damages on your Credit Card which will be returned after check-out once the Apartment has been checked.

Cancellation Policy

Guests are eligible for a complete refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation happens at least 14 days before the check-in date.

For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in, you'll receive 50% payment for all nights originally booked.

Should the cancellation occur within 7 days of the check-in date, you'll be compensated with 100% payment for all nights reserved.

In the case of the rigorous long-term cancellation policy, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking to be eligible for a complete refund, provided the cancellation occurs at least 28 days before the check-in date.

For cancellations made within the 28-day period or during the guest's stay, hosts will be compensated with 100% payment for all the nights stayed, along with an additional 30 nights' payment.

If the guest's reservation has fewer than 30 days remaining when they cancel, you, as the host, will receive 100% of the booking fee for those remaining nights.
