“ The sunset cruise was a great experience. Would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the unprofessional front desk staff who kept pushing us to the side to deal with the throng of customers who kept cutting in while we were checking in bc of an error the staff made on their check in slips. Then when it was our turn, the staff kept struggling to check us in, and as a result, the cruise was delayed for a while even though we showed up on time to avoid this. ”
