Introducing SXM CULINARY SERVICES, a company specializing in home gastronomy in Saint-Martin/Sint Maarten.
Chef Maxime Martin-Orea, the founder and executive chef of SXM CULINARY SERVICES,  offers different services, the main one being private chef at home.
With a deep passion for cooking and more than 20 years of experience in the world of catering, he had the privilege of working in Michelin starred restaurants in Burgundy.
Working as a chef in establishments such as Mario’s Bistrot and l’Astrolabe in Saint-Martin or at the restaurant Le Télégraphe as establishment co-owner.
His goal is to offer his clients a tailor-made culinary experience, adapted to their personal preferences and those of their guests, whether for a special occasion, a family celebration, an evening with friends or during a vacation. 

The services he offers benefit from:

  •  Personalized menus: in collaboration with clients to create a menu that matches their tastes, intolerances and food allergies.
  • - Refined cuisine: dishes are made from fresh, quality, local products.
  • - Discreet service: customers can fully enjoy their meal in complete privacy, without worrying about preparation, service or clean-up.

Pricing:

Concerning the price, you must take into account the service costs to which we add the price of the menu per person as well as the taxes for occasional and weekly services. 

  • Evasion Creole Menu : €50/pers
  • Saveurs du Sud Menu : €50/pers
  • Goûts du Terroir Menu : €50/pers

Prices for other menus are available on request and we can also create personalized menus to suit your culinary wishes.

Occasional services : 

  •  4 people : €280 per lunch / €350 per dinner
  •  6 people : €340 per lunch / €440 per dinner
  •  8 people : €410 per lunch / €530 per dinner

For weekly services, 3 meals per day (breakfast + lunch + dinner)(*supplement of 25% between 12/22 to 01/05).

  •  4 people: €600
  •  6 people: €720
  •  8 people: €820

Additional charges:

  • Add taxes 
  • Prices are readjusted according to the actual number of people upon final payment. 
  • Our menus are served on the plate like in the restaurant, you don't have to prepare anything, we take care of everything.

Vacationstore cancellation policy:
Reservations MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance.

The deposit is not refundable after booking on Vacationstore. Any cancellation on vacationstore will be credited as vacation dollars and can be used for other packages on Vacationstore.
