Originally from Franche Comte
my passion for cooking was born in my mother's kitchen.
Freshly graduated from the hotel school in Poligny, I joined the Cote d'Azur to improve
my skills in the various Cannes Palaces, where I discovered
Mediterranean cuisine, which inspires me on a daily basis
In 2016 I came to put my luggage in Saint-Martin while continuing to travel around the world I discovered new flavors and incorporated them into my cuisine.
After 5 years as a Chef in various Caribbean restaurants, I invite myself to your residences and I provide you with a large Private Chef menu for your greatest pleasure!
