Arnaud ANGELI, Executive Chef since the opening of this concept in December 2007, and his team offer you a menu of fine and refined

dishes: homemade smoked fish, duck confit, foie gras ravioli, and the famous beef of fish tartars.

The new 1600 ft kitchen, open in the restaurant has state-of-the-art equipment.

The restaurant and the Hope Estate Bacchus store communicate harmoniously.

Before or after your lunch, you can buy champagnes, wines, and grand crus from around the world and discover the best rums

of the West Indies.

In the deli area, you will find dishes prepared by the Chefs, caviar, and other gourmet products.

Their coffee specialist will welcome you to the beautiful Nespresso corner.
