Situated on the western coast of Bonaire, Rum Runners boasts a prime location with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and the uninhabited island of Klein Bonaire. The restaurant's open-air design allows guests to enjoy the tropical breeze and picturesque sunsets, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're seated on the seaside terrace or at the bar, the setting enhances the overall dining experience.

Rum Runners offers an international menu with Caribbean influences, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Some standout dishes include:

  • Catch of the Day: Served with a choice of brandy saffron sauce or mango-jalapeño relish, accompanied by fresh vegetables, arros moro (rice and beans), and spiced yucca chips. 

  • Shrimp & Co: A delightful combination of tagliatelle, clams, mussels, roasted garlic cream, white wine, zucchini, and baby spinach. 

  • Rib Eye (300g): Accompanied by roasted sweet potato mash, fresh vegetables, patacones (fried green plantains), and fire-roasted tomatillo salsa verde. 

  • Pizza Temple: Authentic Italian thin-crust pizzas baked to perfection in a traditional stone oven, available for dine-in or takeout. 

For dessert, guests can indulge in options like warm lava cake with ice cream, pineapple-coconut cheesecake, or mango tarte tatin with star anise and pink pepper.
